Semester Breaks -Guidelines

For issues related to the semester breaks, on behalf of the student, the concerned college has to submit an authorization letter from the Principal stating that the student has fulfilled all the necessary requirements to promote  to the subsequent  semester. In such cases, the college Principal and Management have to take complete responsibility for any kind of damage to the student’s academic career due to the false information furnished by them. Besides authorization letter, the following are other mandatory requirements to be submitted to the examination section for  promotion to the next semester.

Essential Requirements for  promotion to the next semester 

1.  A minimum of 75% of the attendance in the current semester
2. Medical  certificate from the Medical officer at Civil Assistant Surgeon cadre or above, if the students fails to attend the  semester end examinations

(or)

Any other proof for  not attending the exams such as  marriage certificate in case of marriages, family relocation due to any catastrophic conditions etc.

iii.      Proof of attending internals /Mid Examinations and regular classes, along with the proof of attendance downloaded from janambhumi portal.

* pending internal exams if any should be completed along with the subsequent  batch of students.

Note: Those students who fail to attend the 1^st year 1^st semester examinations and wish to continue the second semester need to submit a copy of the 1^st semester seat allotment order provided by the convener, UG online admissions, in addition to the other essential requirements as mentioned above.

Last date for submission of Break Students information as on  before 30-12-2022.
