Prof. K. Ramji, Vice-Chancellor, Krishna University, inaugurated the Leadership Excellence Achievement Programme (LEAD) as the Chief Guest and addressed the youth to think innovatively in order to move forward and achieve success in life. He also advised the students to follow the “789 Formula” for a balanced lifestyle—7 hours of sleep, 8 hours of study, and 9 hours for other productive activities. The programme was organized by KRU College of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research (KRUCOPSR) in association with Sri Satya Sai Seva Samiti, Machilipatnam on 24th February 2026 for the B.Pharmacy students at Alluri Sitarama Raju Auditorium, KRU Campus, Rudravaram.

In this programme, Sri K. Chandrasekhar, District President, Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organizations, explained to the students about the enhancement of leadership qualities and elaborately described the importance of patriotism, personality development, and respect for parents through a PowerPoint presentation. Prof. M. V. Basaveswara Rao, Rector (I/c), Prof. N. Usha, Registrar, Principals of KRUCET and KRUCOPSR, Sri P. Anjaneya Kumar, Convener, SSSSS, Smt. Sowbhagya Lakshmi, Sri Kotte Ramakesavara Rao, Smt. Vijayalakshmi, Sri Sai Krishna, Sri Chaitanya, and others also spoke on the occasion.
