The Training and Placement Cell of Krishna University organized Achievers Day Celebrations – 2026 on 1st May 2026 at the Alluri Sitarama Raju Auditorium. The programme was conducted for the final-year students (2022–2026 batch) of the two constituent colleges—Krishna University College of Engineering and Technology (KRUCET) and Krishna University College of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research (KRUCOPSR).

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from final-year B.Tech. and B. Pharmacy students along with their parents. In a unique and meaningful gesture, students received their offer letters from their parents, making the occasion both memorable and emotionally significant.

Prof. S. Vijaya Bhaskara Rao, Vice-Chairman of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Addressing the gathering, he stated that “Students must anticipate future trends and continuously upgrade their professional skills in line with changing times. Securing employment not only supports the family but is also a proud milestone—leaving the campus with a job offer in hand is a remarkable achievement in a student’s life.”

Sri B. V. Nagaraju, Senior Deputy General Manager and Head of Marketing Division at Bharat Electronics Limited, attended as the Guest of Honour.

Prof. K. Ramji, Vice-Chancellor of Krishna University, served as the Chief Patron, while Prof.N. Usha, Registrar (I/c), acted as the Patron of the programme. The event was also attended by Dr.P. Rambabu and Prof.Y. K. Sundara Krishna, Principals of the constituent colleges, along with faculty members of KRUCET and KRUCOPSR.

The celebration highlighted the outstanding achievement of 100% placements, with 134 students from CSE, 57 from ECE, and 105 from B.Pharmacy securing job offers. The event marked a significant milestone as students stepped confidently into their professional careers.
