Prof. K. Ramji, Vice-chancellor, Krishna University as Patron, Prof. (Dr.) MLS Deva Kumar, Chairman, IEI APSC, Secretary & CEO, BCDE as Chief Guest, Er. Chandu Sambasiva Rao, Space Scientist Member AP Area and Cdr. Adesh Pal Singh, Commander, Indian Navy as Keynote speakers, Prof. (Dr.) A.V. Naresh Babu, Hon.
